How do I get a Press Pass to the Event 12th September 2010?
All press and media (freelance or otherwise) must pre-register to qualify for press accreditation. Please contact at least two weeks before the event for more information on a press pass. Please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact us.

Can I film the Conference?
Because of the special and sensitive nature of the event some people may wish to attend incognito and attend in complete privacy. Remember that visitors from certain countries may be persecuted as a result of attending such an event. Please respect that privacy and DO NOT take mobile phone or camcorder footage.

Can I arrange interviews with contributors attending the Conference ?
We will accommodate your request whenever possible. An appointment schedule is being prepared and we suggest booking timeslots well before the event. All requests must be made not less than 2 weeks before the event. Please let us know and we will do all we can to fit your requirements. Please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact us.

During the Conference?
Absolutely -provided that the interview is commissioned and agreed by the interviewee. We will arrange the best access possible. Again give at least two weeks notice please. Please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact us.

Can I obtain recordings of events?
There will be official footage available after the conference.

Crews filming particular artists at the Conference as part of a wider feature may negotiate access, provided they credit the Conference in the finished programme. Facility fees for single events are negotiable. Prior consent and 50% booking fee paid not less than 2 weeks before the conference.
